Housing Updates!
Welcome to the University of Denver Housing Portal.
If you are an incoming first year or transfer student or current rising 2nd year, 3rd or 4th year, or Graduate student you can apply for housing using the Application Tab.
Academic Year 2024-2025 Application: The application for the Academic Year 2024-2025 is open and you can submit an application TODAY!
First Years & Transfer Students: For incoming First Years & Transfer Students joining DU for the 2024-2025 Academic year, the housing application for the Academic Year 2024-2025 will open at 8AM on Monday, December 11, 2023.To apply for housing for Academic Year 2024-2025, please follow the steps below.
- Log into the Housing Portal by clicking Student Login.
- Once logged in, click on “Application” and click the Academic Year 2024-2025 term
- You should have received your user ID and password from Undergraduate Admission for MyDU, during the application process. If you have not received your user ID and password, or you cannot remember them, please contact Undergraduate Admission at admission@du.edu or (303) 871-2036.
Rising Second, Third or Fourth Years and Graduate Students: The housing application for Academic Year 2024-2025 will open on January 10, 2024. For more information and timelines, please see the see our Room Selection pages on our website.
Study Abroad Students: If you are studyng abroad for Autumn Quarter 2024 and only need housing for Winter and Spring 2025. the Winter/Spring 2025 Housing application will open on April 30, 2024. Please note that housing is very limited for Third or Fourth Year students for the Winter and Spring Quarters.
